About Me
Founder
Meet Asha Dullabh
I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist (DHA, HPCSA) with 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families through life’s most meaningful and difficult transitions. I offer therapy grounded in science, presence, and compassion.

I’m also the founder of Well@Life, a global wellness brand where I provide life coaching, retreats, and workshops for individuals and organizations seeking growth, clarity, and transformation beyond therapy.
My Story
I grew up curious about people, why we love the way we do, hurt the way we do, and sometimes lose our way altogether. That curiosity became a calling.
I’ve spent the past 20 years in practice as a Registered Clinical Psychologist, starting my journey in South Africa, where I trained and began working in diverse mental health settings, from psychiatric units to community clinics and establishing a multi-disciplinary private practice.
Over the years, I’ve gone on to establish clinics, lead multidisciplinary teams, and launch wellness initiatives across education, corporate, and healthcare sectors.
My work expanded to the UAE and beyond, reaching individuals and organizations across multiple countries. My greatest learning has come not only from textbooks, but from the people I've sat with in conversation, in silence, in laughter, in pain.
I’ve seen the power of therapy to heal, and the power of group work to transform. I’ve seen what happens when we bring wellness into everyday life, and when mental health becomes less about crisis, and more about capacity. This journey led to the creation of Well@Life (Well@)— a space where psychology, creativity, and lived experience meet.
My Approach
My work is integrative, human, and deeply intentional. I combine evidence-based psychological techniques with innovative, personally designed models to create a tailored experience for every individual, group, or organization I work with.
Depending on your needs, I draw from a wide range of methodologies, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, among others.
In group work, I incorporate metaphors, mind body techniques, and story to turn insight into experience because real change doesn’t just happen in the head; it happens in the body, in relationships, and in life.
Whether you’re working with me one-on-one or through a workshop, the goal is the same: to support transformative and lasting change with tools that are both grounded and practical.
